1. Eligibility

2. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions and package contents. Product photos are for illustration; color and finish may vary slightly on different screens. If an item is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Products are subject to availability.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

8. Safe Use of Tools
Our products include sharp blades and cutting edges. Use each tool only for its intended purpose, follow the manufacturer's instructions, wear suitable protective equipment, and keep tools out of reach of children. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification or improper storage.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, graphics, logos and product descriptions, belongs to We Cutsz LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Cutsz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
