How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, go to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@wecutszllc.com. We can change or cancel an order before it ships. Once it has shipped, please follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you view your order history and track orders.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–6 business days after shipping. Total estimated delivery is 6–8 business days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 USD or more. Orders under $50 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
We pay return shipping if the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay. All prices are in US Dollars.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Products
What's the difference between bypass and anvil pruners?
Bypass pruners and loppers cut like scissors, with two blades passing each other. They give clean cuts on live, green branches. Anvil tools press one blade onto a flat surface and are better suited to dead, dry wood.
How do I pick the right lopper?
Check the cutting capacity on the product page and match it to the thickest branch you plan to cut. Extendable loppers add reach for higher limbs.
Will a stand-up weed puller work on my lawn?
Stand-up weed pullers work best on tap-rooted weeds such as dandelions and thistles, in soil that is slightly moist. For weeds in paving cracks, use a crack weeder.
How should I care for my cutting tools?
Wipe blades clean and dry after use. Oil the pivot occasionally and store tools in a dry place to prevent rust.
